Thai Airways International is enhancing the quality of its in-flight meals on the Tokyo-Narita and Osaka routes.
Thai Airways International has appointed Assistant Professor Srisamorn Kongpun and Chef Philippe Peretti as consultants for this.
Chef Philippe Peretti is trained under top chefs in Michelin Stars kitchens in France and Srisamorn Kongpun is an authority on all aspects of authentic Thai cuisine and has published over 20 Thai cook books.
