Sivatel Tower is set to become a new hub for modern city life on Bangkok's Wireless Road when it opens in October.
Sivatel is a two-billion-baht mixed-use building, which occupies a 1.87-rai plot of land next to the Swiss Embassy, within a walking distance to BTS Sky Train Ploenchit Station and in close proximity to Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link - City Air Terminal, as well as key diplomatic, business, shopping and entertainment districts.
The 32-storey property comprises two zones: Podium and Tower. The building features a 75-key all-suite hotel, serviced residence, eight-floor office spaces totalling 6,000 square metres, a health club & spa and five uniquely-themed restaurants, pubs and bars.
