The Premier Group of Companies has appointed Khun Chutima Ruangritrawee as Managing Director of its two hotel properties; Rayavadee, Krabi, a five-star luxury beach resort and member of the Leading Hotels of the World and Tamarind Village Chiang Mai, a charming Lanna-style boutique property situated at the heart of Chiang Mai's historic old town.
Ms. Chutima joins the company after three-years with the Six Senses Group as Resort Manager and then General Manager for their latest project, the exclusive Soneva Kiri, Koh Kood. She began her career in 1994 with the Four Seasons Bangkok where she rose from Director of Catering and Conference Services to head the hotel's Food & Beverage operations. In 2005, she joined the pre-opening team of AKA Resort, a design property set in the hills above Hua Hin as General Manager, where she also gained valuable experience in the complexities of pre-openings.
Chutima's recent appointment marks a return for her to Rayavadee. Her experience with the resort dates back to 2004 when she joined Rayavadee as Executive Assistant Manager, overseeing the resort's Food & Beverage, Activities and Spa operations.
