Dusit to launch Bangkok - Pattaya Shuttle Service

The dusitD2 Baraquda Pattaya is to launch a new Bangkok - Pattaya shuttle service on 1 August 2010.

The Dusit Sprinter, as it is called, will operate daily, departing from Dusit Thani Bangkok at 2pm with the return journey leaving the dusitD2 baraquda pattaya at 10.15am.

The Dusit Sprinter provides passengers with full insurance coverage, complimentary Dusit mineral water and lifestyle magazines.

"This new shuttle service brings a new level of convenience and comfort to those who are looking for a quick getaway to Pattaya, with sky train (BTS Sala Deng), and subway (MRT Silom) located just at doorstep of the departure point at Dusit Thani Bangkok. To celebrate our first months of service, from now until 31 October, we are offering a complimentary one-day BTS pass to all guests who purchase a roundtrip ticket to connect to their next destination. Travelling from Bangkok to Pattaya could never be easier!,” said Michael Ganster, Hotel Manager, dusitD2 baraquda pattaya.

Tickets are priced at THB 600 net per way per adult and THB 300 net per way per children below 12. Tickets are available for purchase at the Dusit Thani Bangkok Concierge Desk, located on the Lobby Level near Reception Desk, or at dusitD2 baraquda pattaya main lobby.

The travel time each way is estimated to be between 1.45 – 2 Hours, depending on traffic conditions.
