On Tuesday, Mr. Chokchai Panyayong, THAI Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development and Mr. Patee Sarasin, CEO of Nok Air signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The MoU is for three domestic codeshare flights that will take effect on 1 March 2010 onwards:

- Roundtrip between Chiang Mai - Mae Hong Son 14 flights a week
- Roundtrip between Don Mueang - Phitsanulok 14 flights a week
- Roundtrip between Don Mueang - Ubon Ratchathani 14 flights a week

For Ubon Ratchathani, THAI operates one roundtrip daily flight to and from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, utilizing its own aircraft.

The codeshare agreement enables THAI to sell tickets on Nok Air flight as if operated by THAI. International passengers, traveling to three destinations being Mae Hong Son, Phitsanulok and Ubon Ratchatani will also be able to purchase tickets through THAI.
