Executive chef Joachim Felber is serving an extravagant fivecourse menu including Brittany crab with asparagus, veloute with farmraised caviar, panfried duck liver from Landes, Thai mango jelly, glazed ginger tagliatelles, rack of lamb from New Zealand and poivrade artichokes.
