Estonian Air will fly from Amsterdam to Tallinn

Starting from 7 June 2009, Estonian Air, Estonia's national carrier, will operate between Amsterdam and Tallinn with three weekly flights on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. The schedule has been designed to meet the demand of both leisure and business travellers. Flights will arrive at Schiphol at 08.10 AM and depart at 09.40 AM. Flights will be operated with a Canadair Regional Jet 900 aircraft, offering seats to 88 passengers.

Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, is located in Northern Europe in the north-eastern part of the Baltic Sea region, in which over 400,000 inhabitants live. Tallinn’s peculiar geographical and historical position affords a different perspective on centuries of history. The 850 years of Tallinn’s architectural history give a compact and lively overview of various styles and architectural directions. Since 1997, the Old Town of Tallinn has been on UNESCO’s World Heritage list. In 2011, Tallinn will be the European Capital of Culture.
