This is a wonderful restaurant, the best in Toulouse perhaps even the best in the region. The cuisine is inventive, even magnificent, but never overly refined. I have chosen the menus and eaten a la carte and both options are highly recommended. This is a restaurant definitely worth going to. The ratio of quality to price at Michel Sarran is way above what you will find in Paris at this level or in most of the country from my experience.
