For the third year in a row, the Aruba Tourism Authority has signed on as the supporting sponsor for The Boston Globe Travel Show, which will be held at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston on February 20-22. The Aruba Tourism Authority has led the island’s marketing efforts for more than 50 years, encouraging leisure and business travelers to choose Aruba for their holidays, meetings, incentives, and conventions.

A diverse set of travel exhibitors will be on hand at the show to offer seminars and expert advice relating to the latest travel issues and trends. There will also be live cultural performances, children’s activities, culinary demonstrations, and much more. More than 200 exhibitors have reserved space for the 2009 show and remaining booth space is selling quickly. The 2008 Boston Globe Travel Show drew nearly 17,000 attendees and over 250 exhibitors, and garnered more than two million dollars of travel business.

The 2009 Boston Globe Travel Show will be open to the public on Friday, February 20 from 5:30 - 8:00 pm; Saturday, February 21 from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm; and on Sunday, February 22 from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Tickets are $10 and are available at the show or in advance at bostonglobetravelshow.com . Children 18 and under are admitted free of charge.
